SELLERS, by signing a Listing Agreement with my brokerage, I will do the following for you. Market your home for you using various effective systems to bring in buyers. I will conduct a CMA of your home to list it at the best price. When offers come in, I will negotiate with the buyers' agent to ensure your home sells for top value. I will help you find title companies who will help the closing process.
BUYERS, by signing a Buyers Representation Agreement (BRA) with my brokerage, you can expect the following. I will diligently search for your dream home and negotiate the best deal; Have access to the whole buyer's market; Help find a Loan Officer to guide you thru the loan process; I will customize all my research to show you homes that meet your needs and expectations: check school systems, property taxes, amenities, order inspections and surveys, title search/insurance, etc. Or view the property when you are unavailable and send you notes and photos so you can view at your leisure. The BRA provides a solid contractual foundation to receive services my services; ensuring a relationship of confidence and trust.
